Last night we celebrated Michael’s 30th Birthday (though his birthday is actually on the 30th…30 on the 30th) and it was so much fun to have so many people that he loves gathered around to see them make total fools of themselves on the Wii (and I mean that with all the love in the world). Karaoke, Dance Dance Revolution, Rabid Rabbits it was all sooooo funny! Then throw in a chocolate fountain, poppers that sprayed confetti all over the birthday boy when we sang to him, and rainbow chip cupcakes (his favorite) it was a great night.

I have to say a BIG THANK YOU to Michael’s sister Marie. Though being pregnant, she and her husband and two year old son, Branson, travelled from California (in HORRIBLE traffic) to be here to celebrate. She was so great helping me decorate and prepare for the party. And she has a wonderful husband, Josh, who is a great father to Branson and took him to the park to get some wiggles out while Marie and I set up.
